FOLLOW-UP TO CHECK ON THE OBTAINMENT OF TEST STRIPS AND THE METAL STEM THERMOMETER. FACILITY HAS ORDERED THE ITEMS AND ALMOST ALL HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. FACILITY SHOWED THE PURCHASE ORDER FOR ALL ITEMS. FACILITY HAS ALSO ADDRESSED THE OTHER ISSUES FOUND DURING THE LAST INSPECTION AS WELL.
NO FURTHER FOLLOW-UP IS NEEDED FOR THESE ITEMS AT THIS TIME. |
